A park and neighbourhood I love and adore!
I try to head to the park most days, walking our dog, Leo. He loves hanging out in the off-leash dog bowl, chewing on sticks and chasing squirrels. Each Tuesday from 3-7 pm a farmers market is held near the northwest area of the park. This year, the farmer’s market runs from May-October. Other park perks include tennis courts, a playground for the kiddos and an onsite community recreation centre. The park is spacious, full of beautiful trees and green grass. A great spot to hang out in!
Aside from the park, this neighbourhood is always bustling with great retail stores, delicious restaurants, gorgeous residential streets and lively energy. One notable street in the area is Ossington. Time Out recently labelled this street as one of the coolest streets in the world. You can read the article HERE.
